1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use CoolCareerPilot. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

2. Roles on the platform

Candidates may create profiles, apply for opportunities, and participate in campus drives.

Businesses may post jobs, manage hiring pipelines (ATS), and conduct campus hiring through partner colleges.

Colleges may onboard students, run placement drives, and collaborate with businesses.

You agree to use the platform only in the role(s) appropriate to you and not to misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

3. Acceptable use

Do not post unlawful, misleading, discriminatory, or fraudulent content. Do not scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the service. Do not upload malware or attempt unauthorised access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

4. User content

You retain ownership of content you submit (profiles, job posts, messages). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute that content to the extent necessary to operate the service.

You are solely responsible for the legality and accuracy of content you submit.

5. Hiring decisions

CoolCareerPilot is a platform; it does not make hiring decisions. Decisions to interview, offer, accept, or place candidates are made between candidates, businesses, and colleges. We are not party to those arrangements and make no guarantee of outcomes.

6. Fees

Phase 0 is free. We will publish pricing for business and college features before they go live. We will give reasonable notice of any changes.

7. Intellectual property

The CoolCareerPilot platform, brand, and software are owned by us and our licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to our marks or software beyond use of the service as intended.

8. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be announced on this page and, where appropriate, by email.
