To operate the platform, authenticate users, match candidates with opportunities, and let businesses and colleges run their hiring/placement workflows.

To improve product quality, debug issues, and develop new features.

To send transactional emails (account, security, application status) and, with your consent, occasional product updates.

3. Sharing of information

Candidates control whether their profile is visible to businesses and colleges. When you apply for a role or join a campus drive, the relevant employer/college receives your profile.

We use trusted service providers (hosting, analytics, email delivery) under contracts that restrict their use of your data to operating our service.

We do not sell personal information.
